Felix Horng originally hails from Chicago, Illinois where he was the oldest of three boys. He moved to California in 1996 to train with the UCLA Family Medicine Residency Program, ultimately joining the faculty in 2000. Dr. Horng has significant experience in primary care, urgent care, occupational injuries, and ergonomics. He enjoys being an educator and believes that patient advocacy and empowerment is the key to long-term health. In his free time, Dr. Horng enjoys being an avid musician and singer and is a life-long die-hard Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

Bena Teo grew up in suburban New Jersey and has been moving westward ever since, through New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and finally settling in Southern California in 2001. After graduating from residency she worked for Plaza-Towers Primary Medical Group in West Los Angeles, UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health Center, and Kaiser Permanente in Clairemont Mesa, CA. She enjoys working with patients as a guide and advocate along the path to achieving and maintaining good health. She lives with her husband Tam and their cat Grover and in her free time likes reading fiction, attempting crossword puzzles, and dining out at new restaurants.

Steven Luh immigrated to Southern California and has lived in Orange County for over 20+ years. After completing his medical training, he returned to his home town to establish his medical practice. After graduating from residency from the University of North Dakota Family Practice Center, he worked in Palm Springs, Costa Mesa, and finally here in Irvine. He enjoys working with patients to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through preventative health care. He also has significant experience in primary and urgent care. Recently married, he currently lives with his wife Angela and their dog Happy and enjoys taking walks with them at the local park, reading and integrating his hobby of medical informatics into his practice, Sudoku, and someday achieving a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
